EV Charging Delivered To You

EV charging infrastructure delivered directly to your yard.

Zeem’s charging kit packages transformer, switchgear, and controls into a fully integrated EV charging solution, enabling fleets to deploy charging faster than a traditional build. Vehicles, operations, and incentives are handled through a single partner.

TRADITIONAL EV INFRASTRUCTURE TAKES YEARS. YOUR FLEET DOESN’T HAVE YEARS.

Permits, design, utility upgrades, construction, and change orders can slow down a conventional charging project.
Zeem’s charging kit helps fleets deploy EV charging quickly, keeping vehicles on the road while long-term plans move forward.

  • New  contract with zero-emission requirements.
  • New yard / terminal coming online.
  • Compliance deadlines approaching.
  • Utilities quoting long lead times on big upgrades.

Your EV Depot, Built from a Charging Kit

Zeem’s charging kit is prefabricated infrastructure: transformer, switchgear and distribution equipment mounted on a single integrated unit, designed for commercial EV fleets.

We deliver it to your yard, crane it into place, tie it into your utility interconnect, and connect compatible DC fast chargers – then operate it as part of our fleet-as-a-service model.
Fast deployment: prefab off-site, minimal on-site construction.
Scalable: multiple charging kit can be added as fleet grows.
Flexible: supports light-, medium- and heavy-duty EVs, including Class 8.Power Progress+1
Bundled: combine kit, trucks, operations and incentives into one monthly cost.

Port & Drayage Yards

Meet zero-emission drayage targets at ports like Long Beach, Newark and Seattle with yard-based charging.

New or Temporary Facilities

Get EV charging up and running at new terminals, leased properties or temporary operating sites.

FROM EMPTY YARD TO EV-READY – FASTER

1

Step 1: Assessment & design

Load analysis, fleet duty cycles, kit sizing, utility coordination
2

Step 2: Prefab & permitting

Charging kit built and tested off-site while permits/utilities progress.
3

Step 3: Delivery & commissioning

Charging kit is craned into place, connected to the utility, chargers installed, and vehicles commissioned.

Exact timelines depend on utility interconnect and local permitting. Charging kits are designed to compress the on-site work so you’re not waiting on a full ground-up build.

TURN CAPEX INTO OPEX

Instead of buying transformers, switchgear, and chargers outright, fleets can lease Zeem’s charging kit and EV trucks as a service.

In incentive-rich states, grants and utility programs can cover a meaningful share of vehicle and infrastructure costs, while Zeem manages the applications and reporting.
Significant grant funding available in CA, WA, NJ, NY, IL for trucks and infrastructure
Zeem tracks incentives in-house and supports end-to-end applications.

YOU RUN THE ROUTES. WE HANDLE THE POWER

Zeem handles:

Charging kit design and engineering
Procurement of equipment
Incentive & grant applications
On-site installation & commissioning (with partners)
Charger operations and uptime
Optional: vehicle leasing and depot operations

You handle:

Site access, permits sign-off, and local approvals
On-site civil works (if any) – or Zeem can help coordinate
Fleet operations and route design

YOU RUN THE ROUTES. WE HANDLE THE POWER

How much power can a single charging kit provide?
Each Zeem charging kit is modular and configurable. A single kit can support multiple high-power EV chargers, with total output sized to your operational needs and available grid capacity. Charging kits can also be expanded over time, allowing power to scale as your fleet grows—without redesigning the site.
Can we relocate the charging kit if we move yards?
Yes. The charging kit is designed to be relocatable. If your operations move, the kit can be disconnected, transported, and recommissioned at a new site—subject to standard utility and permitting requirements. This makes it well-suited for temporary depots, leased yards, or evolving routes.
What if we already have some infrastructure on site?
That’s not a problem. Zeem’s charging kits are designed to integrate with existing electrical infrastructure wherever possible. If you already have transformers, switchgear, or service capacity in place, the charging kit can be configured to build on what’s already there, reducing duplication and unnecessary cost.
Can we use our own chargers or do they have to be Zeem-provided?
You can use your own compatible chargers. Zeem’s charging kit solution is charger-agnostic and designed to support a range of industry-standard DC fast chargers. Zeem can also supply chargers if preferred, but it’s not a requirement.
How does leasing compare to buying the equipment outright?
Leasing allows you to avoid large upfront capital costs, deploy charging faster, and align payments with operational use. Zeem handles installation, upgrades, and ongoing support. Buying outright offers full asset ownership, but requires higher initial investment and longer lead times. Many fleet operators choose leasing for flexibility, speed, and lower risk—especially during early electrification.
