Los Angeles, California – May 4, 2026 – Zeem Solutions (“Zeem”), a leading electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and fleet management provider, today announced that its Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Depot has surpassed 350,000 cumulative charging sessions since opening in December 2021, a milestone that reflects both the scale of Zeem’s operations and the maturation of the commercial EV charging market.

The LAX Depot, which delivered approximately 28,000 charging sessions in its first two years of operations, has since grown into one of the highest-throughput commercial charging facilities in the United States. In reaching 350,000 sessions, Zeem has dispensed an estimated 13.4 million kWh of electricity to a diverse mix of rental car, ride-hail, and medium- and heavy-duty commercial fleets operating in and around one of the nation’s busiest airports.

“You learn a tremendous amount from 350,000 commercial charging sessions, and those lessons have shaped Zeem 2.0 as we bring our proven model directly to customer fleet sites,” said Paul Gioupis, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Zeem Solutions. “Five years of operating commercial EV charging at scale has taught us what drives uptime, where execution matters most, and why reliability is non-negotiable. The future of transportation depends on infrastructure that performs every day in real-world fleet operations, and Zeem is delivering that today at scale.”

During the first four months of 2026, Zeem had already delivered more than 75,000 charging sessions, dispensing 3.2 million kWh. As the volume of charging activity at LAX has grown, Zeem has accumulated one of the industry’s richest datasets on how commercial fleets actually use EV charging infrastructure. Several trends are emerging:

Predictability is the product:
Every session at the LAX depot is contracted and scheduled in advance. This model has allowed Zeem to maintain 98% charger uptime while accommodating a mix of light-duty, medium-duty, and Class 8 vehicles on a single site, a level of operational density that's difficult to achieve without deep visibility into each fleet's duty cycle.

Operational expertise is what keeps fleets moving: Zeem's value to fleet operators goes beyond the chargers themselves. By working directly with customers to map their duty cycles, when vehicles return, how long they dwell, how much energy they need before the next shift, Zeem identifies the charging windows that keep fleets moving without overbuilding infrastructure. That operational fluency is what allows a drayage truck, a ride-hail EV, and a rental shuttle to share the same depot without conflict.

Operations at Zeem depots include 24/7/365 valets to rotate and check in vehicles, which speeds up access to charging and allows Zeem to serve as a seamless extension of its clients’ fleet management teams. Additional services include on-site charging, parking, security, maintenance, and cleaning for a wide range of EV fleets, including cars, vans, buses, and trucks from Class 1 through 8.

Pilots become production: The LAX depot is also built to grow with its customers. Fleets often begin with a handful of vehicles to validate EV operations, then expand as their confidence and electrification targets scale. Zeem accommodates that trajectory on-site, removing the need for operators to build or contract for their own charging infrastructure as they grow.

Sessions translate into measurable emissions reductions: The 350,000-session milestone also marks a significant environmental milestone. Charging activity at the LAX Depot has avoided an estimated 5.6 million kg of CO₂ emissions to date, the equivalent of burning 634,831 gallons of gasoline or supplying a full year of electricity to 1,113 U.S. homes. As Zeem's depot network expands and Zeem deployments come online at customer sites, those avoided emissions will continue to scale alongside session volume, giving fleet operators a clear, cumulative view of the climate impact of their electrification programs.

Zeem is opening charging depots serving the SeaTac and Long Beach markets and is actively developing additional facilities nationwide to meet the needs of its growing client base. Zeem is also extending that operational model beyond its depots. Through MyGrid, the company's turnkey charging infrastructure solution, Zeem delivers the same reliability, scalability, and duty-cycle expertise proven at the LAX Depot directly to fleet sites, giving operators a path to electrify on their own property with a partner who has already solved commercial charging at scale.

“What the 350,000-session milestone really measures is reliability at scale,” said Rick Eckert, Vice President of Operations at Zeem Solutions. “Every one of those sessions represents a fleet vehicle that needed to get back on the road on time. The fact that we have been able to deliver that consistently, across an increasingly diverse set of vehicles and duty cycles, is what gives our customers the confidence to expand their electric fleets and gives us the confidence to invest in the next generation of depots.”

The LAX depot's trajectory, from 1,420 sessions in its first year to more than 350,000 today, mirrors where commercial fleet electrification is headed: from pilot to production, from single deployments to nationwide networks. As Zeem extends its depot model across the country and brings MyGrid directly to customer sites, the company is building the infrastructure backbone that a decarbonized commercial transportation sector will run on.
